Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and third parties relations who establish a contractual relationship at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Cloud Builders will enforce this code throughout the event. Code of conduct including rules for any venue, including anything communicated during the content of the virtual events, on social media or any other online outlets.
As a participant of the event, you agree to:
- Respect the boundaries of other attendees.
- Avoid aggressively pushing your own services, products or causes.
- Respect confidentiality requests by speakers and other attendees.
Our conferences are dedicated to providing discrimination and harassment-free conference experiences for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate racism and/ or harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any of our conference venues, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
These behaviors don't belong at the event:

- Being disruptive, drinking excessively, stalking, following or threatening anyone.
- Abuse of power (including abuses related to position, wealth, race or gender).
- Homophobia, racism or behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people.
- Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention and inappropriate physical contact.
If, while at our event, you have been involved or have witnessed an incident that violates the Code of Conduct, please let key our managers know immediately via mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Cloud Builders will investigate all incidents reported at an event with discretion and confidentiality. We reserves the right to bar any person who violates our Code of Conduct from attending event in its entirety or in part, and/or to cancel the membership of the person without refund.
